রিটার্ন নীতি

ডেলিভারি ম্যান আপনার কাছে থাকা অবস্থায় পণ্যটি ফেরত দিতে পারেন। এই পরিস্থিতিতে আপনাকে ডেলিভারি চার্জও দিতে হবে। ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে গেলে, পণ্যটি বিক্রি হয়ে গেছে বলে ধরে নেওয়া হবে এবং ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না।

Return Policy

You may return the product while the delivery man still around you. In such situation you also need to pay the delivery charge. Once the delivery man leaves, the product is considered sold and will not be returned.

রিফান্ড নীতি

আপনি যদি অনলাইনে ইতিমধ্যেই যে টাকা পরিশোধ করেছেন তা ফেরত পেতে চান, তাহলে রিটার্ন নীতি পূরণ করলে আমরা এক সপ্তাহের মধ্যে আপনার টাকা ফেরত দেব।

Refund Policy

In the event you wish to get refund the money which you have already paid on-line, we will refund your money within one-week time provided you fulfil the return policy.

বাতিল নীতি

গ্রাহক যতক্ষণ পর্যন্ত পণ্য আমাদের আউটলেটে থাকে ততক্ষণ পর্যন্ত অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারেন। কুরিয়ার দ্বারা প্রাপ্ত হওয়ার পরে এটি বিক্রি হয়ে গেছে বলে গণ্য হবে এবং বাতিল করা যাবে না।

Cancellation Policy

Customer could cancel an order as long as product is still at our outlet. Once received by the courier it deemed as sold out and cannot be cancelled.

শিপিং নীতি

ক)  ঢাকা শহরের মধ্যে ১ কিলোগ্রাম পর্যন্ত শিপিং খরচ ৬০.০০ টাকা। পরবর্তী প্রতি কিলোগ্রামের জন্য ২০.০০ টাকা যোগ করা হবে। ঢাকা শহরের মধ্যে ৪৮ ঘন্টার মধ্যে পণ্যটি আপনার কাছে পৌঁছে যাবে।

খ)  ঢাকা শহরের বাইরে শিপিং খরচ ১ কিলোগ্রাম পর্যন্ত ১২০.০০ টাকা। পরবর্তী প্রতি কিলোগ্রামের জন্য ২০.০০ টাকা যোগ করা হবে। ঢাকা শহরের বাইরে ৭২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে পণ্যটি আপনার কাছে পৌঁছে যাবে।

গ)  যেকোনো ধরণের বিঘ্নের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি সময় পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

1. Shipping cost within Dhaka city is BDT 60.00 up to 1 Kilogram. For subsequent every kilogram BDT 20.00 will be added. Product will reach to you in 48 Hours within Dhaka city.

2. Shipping cost outside Dhaka city is BDT 120.00 up to 1 Kilogram. For subsequent every kilogram BDT 20.00 will be added. Product will reach to you in 72 hours outside Dhaka city.
